All invoices are due per agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur fees.
Additional charges may apply for accessorial services, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Responsibilities
Shippers must provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements.
Carriers are responsible for safe, timely delivery in compliance with all regulations.
Middle Hawk Transportation is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Cancellations & Liability
Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to fees.
We are not responsible for carrier negligence, but we assist in claims processing.
Maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable freight laws and agreements.

6. Compliance & Regulations
We operate in accordance with FMCSA regulations and all applicable transportation laws.
Customers and carriers must comply with industry regulations, including hazardous material handling and weight restrictions.

7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue.
We will work to resolve disputes amicably, but unresolved claims may require arbitration or legal action.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
